 Composite Tile(composite marble,glass marble,marble tile)

The composite marble is a new type of decoration materials which is adhibited with a natural stone slab as faceplate and a tile as soleplate. This technology enhances the structure performance and offsets the disadvantages, thus it has become the favorite and popular materials in the construction and decoration field.

Composite marble: Including Glass+ marble Tiles, Aluminum Honeycomb, Ceramic Tile and Granite Tile, they are light, but good for decoration!

1. Standard size: 300x300, 600x600, 800x800.

2. Maximum Size: 1220mmx2440mm

3. Usage: Suitable to decoration of inside and outside wall in high building.

4. Performance: light, high intensity, good lever off, good sound insulation, good heat insulation, stroungly aseismatic, fireproofing, antacid, anti-effloresce, wearable, anti-chilliness, anti-pollution, wash easy,

5. Easy installation, few accessorial materials, less labor, less time, more advantages than nature stone.

6. Advantages of Composite Marble Tile:

a) Higher intensity than marble. Marble is easy to broken, but the composite

tile is not.

b) Easy installation (same as porcelain). Marble need to brush protect glue for

installation,   but composite tile not.

c) Light weight and easy transportation. For example, we can only load 350-400

m2 of 2cm thickness marble tiles in one 20container, but we can load 700-800 m2

composite tiles in 20container. So that it may save the transportation cost

without any doubt.

d) Easy color selection. Composite tiles can be easier for color selection that

natural marble tiles.

e) Wide temperature resistance for epoxy: -20 ~ +150°C .

f) Good for environmental protection. As we know, natural marble is not

recircled resource. Composite tiles can save the natural resource greately.

      3.Smoothness error:

         a.Composite slab:≤0.15mm

         b.Marble continuous slab:≥0.2mm

      5.Longitudinal and transverse direction error,staight edge error:

         a.Dimension error after automatic trimming of composite

      slab:longitudinal and transverse direction:≤0.3mm; straight edge

      6.Color difference :

         a.Composite slab is processed from good raw stone and big slab .The

      color and texture are almost the same .The construction and erection can

      be finished quickly.

         b.Marble  continuous slab is processed from normal obsolescent

      materials raw stone .The corlor and figure differs a lot from each other

      .It's hard in construction and erection

      7.Lower cost :

        Using high-grade composite slabstone can save 54% of the cost ,Project

      time can be assured ,while the material is saved

      NOTE: The bending strength and absorptance vary depending on the material

      of granite base or tile base.
